The 2nd of Olives two eggs hatched early this morning(5/31/24 at around 5am pacific). For a little while the newly hatched chick had an eggshell “helmet”, but since has found a way to rid it completely. Keep in mind these eggs were only the size of a tic tac so the babies are very, very small! Both chicks looks to be doing well and mama has been busy providing food for them. Congrats little Olive! 🥰
