Hello, just discovered this cam and was wondering what the flashing light to the right of the camera was? Thanks in advance!

The flashing light on the right is a game cam, it takes still pics when motion is detected. It is the infrared flash on the game cam. The other flashing lights in the background are wind turbines that line the caprock escarpment.

For some unknown reason, our deer in the local area have either moved away or have been chased off. We are hoping they return soon. Most ranchers I have talked to say they are seeing few deer right now. It is unknown where they have all disappeared to, however, no dead deer are being found. My thinking is possibly a large predator (mountain lion(s), packs of coyotes) have them dispersed, or they have found a better feeding area this spring.
