The female is named June. Incubation usually starts after the last egg is laid and lasts 12-14 days before hatch begins.  After hatching, They are fed by the parent birds for 7-14 days. From hatch to fledge takes 17-21 days. Bluebird pairs usually raise 1-3 broods per nesting season.
