You are watching a live cam of Terrapin Cove on the Maurice River.

The brackish and tidal Maurice River spills into the Delaware Bay at East Point Lighthouse about three miles from here. The Atlantic Ocean is twenty miles south at Cape May New Jersey. See osprey, purple martins and swallows nesting starting in late march. During the fall and winter months see Bald Eagles, Great Blue Heron, Kingfisher and other shore birds. In severe cold the Maurice River will freeze and offer excellent view of otters fishing and bald eagles floating on patches of ice. In spring(May-June) the camera might be focused on Purple Martin Nesting in man-made gourds.
