The Hon James L Oberstar arrived early this morning. It was a balmy 9 degrees fahrenheit with the wind blowing at 16mph. You can see one of the workers on the ship all covered from head to toe in winter gear waving at the small crowd that gathered to welcome the ship and its crew. The Oberstar is here for winter layup and will be at port till the weather warms up which is usually sometime in March.
