A couple days ago Ellie got up to leave the nest for a break and an egg stuck to her feathers. When she took off the egg went flying to the ground. It is known that most likely the first egg of the three laid was bad due to freezing. That’s probably the egg that went for a ride. Hatch here will start around May 6th. The video starts about 10-15 seconds before she gets up.
