In looking at last years data(2022) it appears the first egg was laid at the very beginning of May. Now keep in mind that every year is slightly different and depends a lot on things like food supply and weather. However, looking at previous years will at least will give us a general idea.

It also looks like there are Barn Owls in the area. In April 2022 a Barn Owl visited the nest for a very short period of time. It looked to be checking the nest out and maybe considering if it would be suited for nesting. Barn owls always nest in an enclosure so that wasn’t going to happen.
