Recently, an unexpected event made headlines at the Duluth Canal! The Paul R. Tregurtha, a renowned ship, was greeted by a large crowd. As a tradition, the captain blew the steam whistle before navigating under the lift bridge. However, things took a comedic turn when the whistle got stuck! 😂

This hiccup resulted in an unplanned record-breaking event. The whistle blew for over two minutes, making it the longest whistle ever blown at the canal.
