It was a very sad ending to what seemed to be a great nesting season for Scout(dad) and Bella(mom) bald eagles. On 4/20 a bad wind storm came through and blew the nest out of the tree. In this video you will see the nest fall. It was confirmed that all 3 eagle chicks died and both parents are ok. This eagle pair built 2 nests in one tree so the view you are seeing is from the lower nest. The nest that failed was the upper nest.
