Fort St. Vrain Eagle Cam
Watch live cams broadcasting the Fort St. Vrain Bald Eagles nest. This eagle pair(Ma & PA) usually lay eggs in late February to early March. The eggs then hatch after about 34-36 days in early to mid April. The young juvenile eagles usually fledge sometime in June or July.
It’s known that Ma eagle hatched in 2002 at a nest about 45 miles away from this one. Ma is 23 years old! We don’t know the males age.

Far from the edge today…
Well, the two little kids got really close to the edge of the nest yesterday or a couple of days before. ๐จ I’m not sure whether it was the 3rd, 4th or 5th. But one of them almost fell over the edge, and the other one was right next to it, getting ready to go the same path.
