E26 visited the horses today
Flew around, exploring the pasture
When the strong wind started, E26 flew down into the nest to safely ride out the storm.
There was a partially eaten bird in the nest, but I can’t review who ate the first part. M15 came and finished off the second part of the bird.
So cute, amongst the horses !! Good morning eagle family.
Like her Daddy — the friendly, outgoing type. I saw M in the pond with ducks and horses the other day. 😂🤣 Bathing!! 😘

I too haven’t seen much food for little one and dad in the nest. Hopefully the fish dinners will increase. Don’t want them to feel hungry. Always concerned for the sweetest ones.
Our sweetest baby is resting in the nest. Warm part of the day. Nice breeze. I still can’t help but miss seeing E23 mommy keeping baby company.

Yes. Baby had a fresh fish around 1:00 p.m. Dad has been close to Little One most of the day and evening. They have been perched on branches close to one another.They both endured the rain while sitting close to on another, looking pretty content.

Ummmm, I’m thinking it’s a great day in Florida if your a duck..🦆, but not some much for people☂️☂️. I will say on the 5th of April I will be visiting the great state of our beautiful eagles for a week to see my daughter, Danielle in Melbourne. I am looking forward to getting out of the damp and starting an early spring!
Surprised that dad hasn’t introduced E26 to the pond yet. 26 seems to be mostly perching on tree branches, except for occasionally visiting the nest in search of food.
I’m kinda glad she stays more high than low, at least until she has more experience. I wouldn’t want to think she might try the road for roadkill. It’s so dangerous and she/ he don’t really know that. Just to scarey. 😕
