This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
DH’s back hurt too much again to go to church. He’s really frustrated that it still hurts, but that is backs for you. He says he’ll go to the orthopedic walk in clinic tomorrow morning. I worked on one new return and finished it. I filed 2 returns for which I had gotten signatures back. I worked a bit more on one of my complex returns and am almost done! Hope Your DH can get some relief for his back. as mDH is still having back problems, now to the point that he can’t stand very long or walk far, it is very frustrating.. Hope the orthopedic can help..
It is good your DH will have his back checked out today. So many have long lasting back pain. Not an easy fix.
My back pain has left me using a walker all the time. Very frustrating indeed.
I’m sending my chiro to him, lol…I know some can’t find good ones in their area but all are good here and good reviews…I wouldn’t be able to function without one. icing and stretching exercises help some but the exercises that you do depends on if it’s lower, midback, upper, etc…mine is mostly lower so I couldn’t walk..my sister’s is more mid to upper and neck..she does some very funny looking exercises…I laugh and DS laughed but they help her.
I am sure exercises would help but he needs to know which to do.
yes, my chiro showed me a couple that work well..and she said ice is most important, especially if you aren’t sure or especially if it just happened or maybe swollen, then later you can try heat or go back and forth..ask Mr Google, lol
Now he is waiting to go until tomorrow figuring they will be really busy today after the weekend. Sigh… Men!
Hi Chris ♥ so sorry about DHs back still being on the fritz from moving that heavy thing 🙏 Do you think he learned anything; as in not doing it again?? Nahh, not a chance. Poor guy.
😂He’s actually pretty unhappy with his brother, and I think he will be firm about not letting him push him to do something like that again.

Hello…DH fell asleep so we went to DB’s house later…the dogs ran around and played frisbee..it was soo windy! I had layers on and even a winter coat, and it’s in the 60s! The wind is at 25mph with higher gusts. Maybe they will nap now. DH left for his rentals and I’m going to have baked potato soup in awhile. Barefoot in the Park and Moonstruck are on TCM tonight. (actually Barefoot might be starting now, I’ll check in a bit)…glad to be in and out of the wind…have a nice evening, friends.

Good morning…last night we visited with FIL and the caregiver, took the dogs. I watched some of the paralympics, the opening ceremony was pretty. Today after DH’s cemetery meeting we’ll take the dogs to run around in my DB’s yard…it will be 6os but windy so will have to dress warm. The sun is out and shining bright. Have a nice day 😊

thanks, Tea…I was just out for a few minutes and it’s windier than I thought, which makes it colder…will have to see if DH still wants to take the dogs, it’s more open there and will be windier than here
