Today I started making lists of all the returns in my office and the ones I am still expecting, and categorizing them into 3 basic groups: definite extensions, completed returns waiting for signature forms in order to file, and ones I might be able to finish by the 15th (because I have all the info and they are not complex). We had 81 today aslso. Had my reg nurse today at Wound Care, Nurse on Monday put the compression bangles on to tight, so the nurse didn.t today. But a lot of pain tonight…pain pill finally took effect. Went to grocery store, did Walmart grocery,. that $$$ went fast …lol I also ordered Collagen from Costco..was on sale so got 2 cans.. I also ordered a drink called Proheal to take, specialist recommended it.. it came yesterday..so will try that also..

Taking Collagen sounds like a good idea. I started taking it a few months ago for general reason, but for you, there is a specific reason it might help your skin.
That is I am hoping.. but also finding out I can walk the parking garage at the VA all the way though the long halls without stopping .. DH can do the same, I really think that helped..we both have been taking it..

Howdy-do Lovely Owl People Not much to report; other than it got to a sunny 81 today 🌞 Decided to start wearing sandals with a back strap; gives me more of a feeling of security than the no-back Birkenstocks. Have had to use a shoehorn to keep the strap from twisting when trying to put them on. So sorry you aren’t sleeping well. DH likes to play a video of a snow storm when he has trouble falling asleep. Doesn’t watch it, just listens. You can google sleep and snowstorm and you’ll find hours of them.

I find one Melatonin helps , have to take it early evening.. my Dr recommended it.. 10mg
I’ve been thinking of trying magnesium…also I need to put down my IPAD at least an hour before bedtime, maybe even longer..I’m not alway good about doing that.
Since I didn’t leave time to run errands yesterday, I did them first thing this morning. First to pick up a prescription, then to bank. I have a few clients who pay in cash and like using $100 bills. I don’t, so I take them to the bank shortly after I receive them. Then to the UPS store to mail something for DH, when I find out it is actually a FedEx package.
