This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good morning….had iced coffee on my porch, it’s warm this morning. Last night we went to a fast food chicken place, it was tenders Tuesday…I also got fries and a shake. Then to the farm store for dog treats, canned cat food, and hummingbird nectar. Before heading home, we stopped at FIL’s for a brief visit..showed him pictures on my phone and chatted with the caregiver. I might go to lunch today with my cousin if it’s not raining/storming.
I had a 2 hour tax seminar this morning. Then client who received an IRS letter came over. It was an identity verification letter. This is the second one any of my client’s received and it happens when there is a dramatic increase in over payment or refund from prior years. In both cases, there were very legitimate reasons, but the IRS fraud/identity department wants to check things out. Hi Chris….with FIL, he’s very hard of hearing and when he doesn’t understand what we are saying, we write it on a white board, works well.
I had originally thought that if he authorized me to speak for him I could answer the questions, and I had them in front of me, but the IRS agent wanted him to answer since it was an identity verification. I did not realize he would not be able to hear me or even focus since both the IRS agent and I would sometimes speak at same time.

Good afternoon…I did this and that today…also sat on my porch in the afternoon. I’m going to see if DH wants to go out to eat tonight and if we do, we’ll probably go to a store also. Thinking of Tea…and praying 💕

This morning I spent a lot of time hunting down the right people to talk to for my friend, but finally did it and spoke to the caseworker as well as the surgeon’s assistant. They are doing a CT scan tomorrow morning and after consultation with plastic surgery and infectious disease doctor will decide on next steps, but will not do another shunt until any infection is cleared, so not this stay. Good evening , my eyes are still a little grainy.. but if I wear my regular glasses. Everything is very clear and I can read all the letters and chats now as of this evening…, each day made a difference, Still wear the dark glasses during the day and outside , and when driving… so bright almost blinds me.. So glad things are getting better as far as seeing. People who have their cataracts removed always mention how bright everything is. It is amazing how we adjust to the dimmer light as they develop and how much folks notice when they are gone.
