This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.

Good morning friends ♥ Arctic blast is still upon us. High today will be 19° and windy. (feels like 1°) Our low tonight will be 2°. Thankful we don’t have to go out in this today. I lost one pound from procedure yesterday. I thought it would be more….so a little disappointed. Breathing still a little labored. I am now on 2 water pills a day taken with a potassium pill. Had a client come by this morning to pick up 1099’s to sign and mail. then off to the periodontist for DH’s gum graft. I went and had lunch while he was in surgery. He came out as grumpy as a bear! 😖🐻 Of course he was in pain, but he was also miffed that they had not forewarned him that he would be restricted in what he could eat for a while. I hope your DH has less pain today. 🙏 Like you said with that type of gum surgery…..pain and soft food diet would be expected. However, I know men don’t think that far ahead. A milkshake would be a good treat for DH. Poor you, having to deal with all of that.(((hugs))) Yes, order a pizza tonight. 🍕 Enjoy!!!!!

I think pain and grumpy go together.. DH had it with his back pain, but I noticed a difference since he is taking Colleganevety day, he is doing more things around the house.. Hopefully Your DH will do better each day…🙏❤️

Good afternoon friends ♥ We reached our high temperature for the day….23° Much colder tomorrow. It was about 6° when we left for the hospital procedure this morning.(9:15) Infusion procedure went well. All the staff is so very nice. The medicine will have me peeing into early evening…..every half hour. My potassium was low so they gave me extra. DH is so sweet driving me to procedure…..and waiting so long until we could come home. We were gone about 4 hours or so. Good morning…I’ve been so lazy…looking at my IPAD and reading …hope to get a bit more done today and start getting out more, it would help me for sure. We still haven’t been to FIL’s house, it’s been awhile for me. Sometimes he’s mostly sleeping so doesn’t really know I’m there but it’s just getting out and chatting with someone, the caregivers…we do need to go to Aldi and either the farm store or pet supply store for a few things…and maybe out to eat? before DH goes to his annual seminar next week…I’ll be the one taking the dogs… Read more »

Did you get that Artic freezing storm? My DB texted me they had -11 I pleaded with him to stay in as he is 84,,,since no more snow he is staying in.. Hope you get a chance to eat out. We are going out to dinner in a while with 2 sets of friends… We had 80 today and will all weekend. Sunny out.
well, it was really cold for awhile..some nights with the wind chill way below zero..I stayed in a lot but not my mom, lol…can’t remember what 80 feels like!

Worked on more 1099’s, w-2’s and payroll taxes. 😀 Went to meet with my friends for Coffee and Bible this afternoon instead of in the morning, because the friend whose house we meet at had company until noon. Did a load of laundry and folded two loads. Helped DH get his heart monitor on. It is a very neat thing much smaller than we expected. You can google “Zio” or “iRhythm” to see what it looks like and how it works. Much nicer than the older halter type machines.
