You are watching a pair of Great Horned Owls nesting.

This nest is located next to a salt marsh at The Landings golf course in Savannah, Georgia. The female will spend most of her time in the nest while the male provides food such as rabbits, lizards, frogs, and birds up to the size of a crow. Please keep in mind that Great Horned Owls are mostly nocturnal so the best viewing will be at night! Incubation is 30-37 days from when the first egg is laid.
