Well it looks like the Juvenile Eagle has worn out it’s welcome. Claire(mom eagle) decided enough was enough and kicked the juvenile from the nest tree in the middle of the night. At first she started walking up the branch toward the Juvenile and then sat next to it for a quick minute. After that she proceeded to get her beak and talons involved.
