Olive laid her 2nd egg today. Incubation most likely has now started as Allens Hummingbirds almost always lay 2 eggs. We should see the first egg hatch in about 14 days and the 2nd egg will follow shortly after the first(up to 24 hours after). This is Olives third clutch for the 2025 spring nesting season.
