In this video you will see a Barred Owl fly in and land on one of the main branches. It then hops its way down to the nest and checks it out. The Owl isn’t looking to nest. Barred Owls nest in early spring around Minnesota. Most likely it was looking for food such as a mouse or maybe seeing if it would be a good spot to nest in the future.
