The Decorah Eagles Live Cam is one of the most watched bald eagle streams in the world, offering a real-time look at eagle activity near the Decorah trout hatchery in Iowa. Viewers can follow Hatchery Dad (HD) and his new mate as they patrol the territory, build their nest, and prepare for future nesting seasons at this long-established eagle site.

About The Decorah Eagles

The adult eagles on the Decorah nest are known as HD (Hatchery Dad) and HM2 (Hatchery Mom II). Named for the nearby Decorah trout hatchery, HD is an experienced male who has raised multiple eaglets over the years, while HM2 is a newer nesting female.

Good morning. Power went out overnight. I can’t get the TV on. Could be the power strip, so I would have to move stuff to get to it. I’m not awake enough to do that.

Morning Fran. Sounds like a job for DH. You don’t want to get stuck down on the floor.

Just made more nectar for the feeder out front. The camera is on the one in back. I will have to fill it tomorrow or Sat.

Morning. I’m not seeing any, but the nectar is going down. I may hint for a camera for X-mas.

Morning Bons. DS took refuge in a parking garage during that hail storm. He didn’t say if there was much damage to his new car. He did day there was a river of hail.

Morning
We enjoyed the Joe Jackson concert, wished he would of sang more of his hits but he has a new album out.
Driving home down our street all the garbage bins were overturned….must of been very windy. Neighbors gazebo was uprooted.
I didnt sleep much, going out messes with my sleep.
