I am in bed but felt compelled to come here and wish all the best night possible. I am hugging every one in my heart. I think M15 is more courageous and strong than us. What a wonderful father. E26 has grown into a strong eagle and will someday parent many fine eaglets. Love to all and to everyone good night.

It makes me feel just a tiny bit better knowing it wasn’t a gunshot, that she died in such a cruel way. I want to believe the car driver just didn’t have time to react, that it was truly an accident. Seems they could identify her by identifying markings, but then again, maybe the trauma was extensive. That makes me hurt to the core, but then again, if that is true then she never felt a thing.
Yes, I thought of that too. Maybe she was in such poor shape they didn’t want to get graphic and upset us. If it is her she is safe now, not suffering and is watching over E26 and M15. 🦅💕🙏
Yes, it is us left that are sad. We know our E will fledge and Dad will be able to teach her what she needs to know to grow into a magnificent eagle and raise babies herself. M moved on after Harriett, and he will again.
