This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Filed one tax return today, started 3 others and sent out questions on two of those, the other I finished. Answered some tax planning questions for a client, and got some more information from the caregiver of the other client from yesterday. Got some good news from DB. After years of him asking me to repeat myself, but claiming he did not have a hearing problem, his doctor sent him to get his hearing checked and they determined that he was having trouble at higher frequencies and he has trouble in crowded areas with background noise. Sent out a tax organizer to a client who finally paid last year’s bill. Paid some online medical bills, and ordered some food online. Finished up a tax return for what is often one of my difficult clients, but he was pretty good this year. Worked on the tax return for my client who I visit every month for budgeting. Had to sort through a pile of papers, but I am still missing some so I sent an email to her caregiver asking for her to try to look for a few of them. It is always a bit sad… Read more »
Hi Chris…I hope she finds an assisted living place that she likes…DH said having caregivers costs about the same as a nursing home, not sure about assisted living but there are some really nice places with lots of activities and some people really need that social life.
I don’t know about that. If things stay as they are she will be spending about $170,000 a year on 24/7 caregivers at home. And of course, given her past behaviors, t his morning she doesn’t want to move there.😒

Chilly overnight, 21/feels like 12; got to a sunny 75 today. Downloaded The Uncool by Cameron Crowe from the library; fascinating that he started his interview/writing career when he was 13; Elvis, Kristofferson, Glenn Frye, Jim Croce, Emmylou Harris. Not even close to being old enough to be in the Clubs where these folks performed Then has gone on to making movies, Almost Famous, Jerry McGuire, etc. I’m about half-way thru it.
