Hello…the dog walk was nice, almost got too warm. I wanted ice cream, DH didn’t and I’m a bad influence, lol..I got a turtle flurry, he got a cotton candy tootsie bar, and the dogs got dog sundaes/pup cups.
Woke up in pain at about 3:30 am and took more pills, but still could not get back to sleep. Woke up DH to have him put a lidocaine patch on my back and then was able to sleep about 5 more hours. Felt OK when I woke up, took a shower, so the patch came off. We’ll see.. I’ll try heating pad during the day and patch at night.

Hello..dog class went ok, DH is working at the cemetery before the walk and he’ll work more after, either there if he’s not finished or wherever…

We’re having a serious drop in temps; sunny and 50, a drop of 40 degrees from Thurs — looks a lot warmer than it actually is.
Laundry done early, washed, folded, put away all before 9a. 🤗
Stayed up very late to finish Malala’s book 💗
NBA playoff game later today, must-win for the Denver Nuggets. 🏀

And what i really wanted to do was go back to bed/sleep at 7.30a, but i knew Chuck wanted his shower before Rick got up; they share a bathroom. I’m ready for a nap 😎
Enjoy a nap. I’m ready for one too….once I deal with pharmacy mistakes. 🙄 They filled old RX instead of newer RX with increase in # of pills.
That is frustrating – dealing with pharmacy mix-ups.

Good morning….a nice day, sunny and 60s..we have dog class in awhile and later maybe?? the dog pack walk…when I reminded DH, he wasn’t too happy…as you know, he has way too much to do…and I’d really like to go because in the summer it will be too hot some Saturdays…and not sure if they are having it once a week anymore, maybe only once a month.
