Good evening, well I went to Costco wasn’t to bad, got 2 pumpkin pies,, one for a neighbor that are having some medical problems, so thought I would get them a pie. They loved it….got some other things, I decided to buy the AlanticSalmon frozen fillets kinda expensive, but the price will never go down and is my favorite fish..Traffic was crazy coming home so I decided I am getting a Starbucks. Good afternoon…last night my sister arrived, we watched the Raymond reunion…pretty good and funny, at times I laughed so hard tears came down my cheeks! This late morning I went out for coffee with my cousin for a couple hours…now my helper is here…raking, cleaning gutters, etc…I’m thinking my sister will come over tonight to watch the DWTS finale. She and my mom are out now, earlier she tried to put up outside lights for our mom but lots of them didn’t light.
I thought the Raymond reunion was great…..so funny and good memories.

Good morning friends ♥ A cloudy start for the day with rain this afternoon and into tomorrow morning. ☂
Walmart order will be delivered just before noon. Busy time for deliveries. Sheena the new delivery person is so cheerful and very nice.
I will make the green bean casserole today. I will divide it up into three portions. One for Thanksgiving day. one for day after Thanksgiving and one for the freezer.
Went through Christmas cards. Mainly for those we give cash for their services. I hope to get those done over the weekend.

Tomorrow I am making pear salad, green bean and yam casseroles to take to our friends for dinner.. we are eating between 2-3i I will bake them here and take the hot dishes there..we are to have 74/43 today and night… as I write this it is a cool48.. yesterday got to only 70..not much sleep last night, ankle was so painful and still is..so am going to try and catch sldang I will be making a trip to Costco today mainly to get a pumpkin pie.. and pick up a few other things.. coffee is on sale with $5… Read more »

I do have pain meds but opted not to take it as for the side effects… I did go back to bed 7am and slept for 3 hours.. getting ready to go to Costco…

Tea and Gwen, the casseroles sound so yummy! I’ll miss some of the casseroles this year since we are picking up individual meals from CB…it will be good, though. I did buy a sweet potato pie to bring. I’m sure some of us might want more dessert later and I’ll have leftovers for me 😋

DH is taking this week off, so he met a friend for breakfast and then ran a number of errands. I went to my friend/client’s house for a budget meeting. This was one of the shortest and easiest ones in a while. Then I went grocery shopping and also ran errands. DH still is not happy when the younger dog wants to lick him. Oh boy! You must have really let them have it! I hate changing sheets too. It really takes a lot and doing it alone is not easy. Sometimes I get DH to help, but he has to be given directions the whole way through. Clearly he never changed a bed. When he was in grad school in another city, (we were dating and I went once to visit while staying with a friend) and I noticed that he just used a sleeping bag – and never washed it!! Men!!

Haha reading that Chis brought a memory of DS .. when in high school I worked so the DD& DS were to make their bed everyday. DS said just shut the door and you won’t see it. and I said you have to make their bed.. so he made his bed and put a sleeping bag on it and slept in the bag, but he did wash it periodically…🤣 Today his house is very clean everything in place..He was that way When he moved out and lived on his own.. DD was another story…. Lol

Hello…my helper hasn’t texted back so might do a bit of raking, make a few piles if I feel warm enough..I also want to do some cleaning. DH won’t be working from home, has to be at his dad’s (no caregiver) so that will make it easier to clean. I had an early lunch, leftover tacos, drinking tea now.
