This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good evening…I didn’t do much today, a couple this and thats. I found the videos from AI, but not the whole show…so all the songs and the ending but not the judges’ comments and talking to the contestants, things like that…my mom will probably want to see at least some of it. DH is cooking hamburgers..after I eat I’ll feed the dogs and then I’m mostly done for the day…night, friends.
So, you know who won. Final three were all very good singers.
When they announced the final two….I did not like the way they ignored Keyla (3rd place) ….just let her walk off without a word. The endings are always too fast to enjoy.

There were a lot different type singers performing, was good,,, Hannah brought Carrie to tears, but other 2 will get some recognition the music world as they were very good also…

😄 No I never golfed. DH grew up near a golf course (Yardley Golf Course) He was a caddy in his teens and had a membership to Yardley Golf Course soon after we married. ( his childhood dream ) He watched golf on TV in his retirement years and I started to watch with him. He created a monster, because I seem to follow golf more than he does. Some nice eye candy too. 😉

I have started watching it a little, my DBIL golf’s in the summer in Ohio, he gets some one to stay with my sister. He is solely her caregiver and it is relaxing for him to get out of the house once a week…He is a avid golf watcher too, when he can..
Slept OK last night but after I let the dogs out and got dressed and had breakfast, I laid down on the couch for a while. Then got up and got to work. Finished two tax returns today and filed two returns. Also wrote a letter to the IRS for a client. It must have been senior day, because I spoke to and was working with two of my oldest clients (in their 90’s). Good you all 3 could have pizza… we like it every once in a while… hopeDH could meet up with DD …I agree elderly people have a time with some things on, I did our taxes on line, it is easy as my SS is disability..my pension is normal. So far I a figure it out…? If I run into a problem or question something I go our senior center as they have people to do the taxes or help with it.. so far I can do it for us..’’lol

Chuck did the 1st mowing of the season then removed the cover from the A/C compressor today as we’re beginning a window of toasty weather, 88-95 through next Sunday. Thinking it’s time to store my big comforter cuz now it’s in my way and starting to annoy me.
Got to 90 today and yes, i turned on the A/C — i was roasting 🔥
Always hard to know when to take the extra blanket or heavy comforter off the bed.
I took our heavier blanket off for a couple weeks then got cold again put it back on, now about ready to take it back off.. was hot today…
I am still using my comforter 🙄

Today was sunny and a nice hot 92 degrees so much for being 82 as predicted… I went to the Dermatologist this late morning, one look at my head she said it is cancer, so she took 3 biopsies on different spots, will call with results end of this week or next and schedule a surgery appt. Will be the kind they keep slicing and put each under microscope util it doesn’t show any.. will do 3 spots..,,one is large..all these surgeries coming up this month and next.. this then my cateracts and DH for his skin cancer surgery near… Read more »
Oh dear. Sorry to hear they think it is cancer, but best to get it checked out. I know about that slicing.
Sorry the three spots on your head had to be biopsied. Probably Mohs surgery. My DH had that done a few times.
When it rains…it pours.(((hugs))) So sorry so many health issues at once.
