This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.

Well, it has been a long day at camp. My feet hurt, and I am sweaty and sticky. It wasn’t that hot today (by the lake), but no air flow in the dining hall where we were working, and more humid because of the lake, and our hands really sweat inside the vinyl gloves we have to wear to set tables. Got most of the store set up but still have to price things tomorrow. Today went well, just tiring. Temps today 55 to 82.

Long day; Rick was in better shape than he was on Sat. There was chocolate cake on his tray and ordered milk to go with. He ate most of it. Did some of his PT; put is own socks on. It does make a difference having the correct medication. Vision test didn’t go well so he had to have another CT today; they’re monitoring the brain bleed. They were going to transfer him to a regular room until this last CT, so he’s still in ICU. They sure do take good care of him there. Kitty said these are the… Read more »

When the stray cat we took in years ago….the black kitty was my favorite.
Well,today got to 90, with 2 fires south San Diego.. one in Sorrento Valley yesterday was set and a person has been arrested..’ it was closer to the Navy Base a 132 acreas
Didn’t get the chance to finish, as we had gotten company… the fire is still burning, they got the progress stopped so working with in the ,inside the area surrounded by firefighters mopping up….I am tired so catch you up tomorrow… good night’.
Those wildfires are so bad and to think a person set the fire.😡

This bird is sitting on 2 eggs, all she does lays eggs, sit them. They hatch and next thing 2 more eggs, wonder if it is the same female… Guess owls will not be back😢
