This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good evening it has been a long day…they did the surgery on his eye, said he got 8 shots in his eye… We got home at 5:10 pm, 2 hours in traffic….DH went straight to bed, as he could not open his eye.., will see tomorrow how it worked’’it may take a couple days for clarity

Nice day, got to 57. Have you noticed how long daylight’s lasting? The shortest day was just a 23 days ago it’s already almost 30minutes more daylight.
Chuck made a beef soup, it was pretty good; all it needed was a bit of barley 😋

Yep! We have the shades coming down on a timer and DH noticed that now they are coming down when it is still light out. Time to change the settings!
Good evening….all I did today was one load of laundry and of course the pet things I have to do…like feed them and took both dogs for short walks..I’ve been lazy since my petsitting job ended, lol…this afternoon I read and kept dozing off..was tired because I woke up too early and so I just got up…don’t really want to read anymore, maybe I’ll watch a show.
I think you will want to go to bed early tonight. You were so busy…..need time to relax now.

Hello friends ♥ Lots of sunshine with a high temperature of 50° today. Very mild for this time of year. Charles our mower/handyman looked over the porch soffit. When he pulled on it to investigate….lots of nails fell down.😮 Soffit is over 30 years old since last done. He gave us an estimate of $600 to take down old soffit and replace new. He said others would charge over $1000. We trust him at his word. He is a hard worker and does good quality work. He hopes to make the repair this weekend. I told him he could wait… Read more »

Did a load of laundry. Printed out a number of organizers to mail. Communicated with a couple of clients via email. Put away some more Christmas card supplies to make space in my office for tax returns. Did dishes. Went to the bank to get ANOTHER form notarized for DB’s estate and to deposit checks. Then to post office to mail some of the organizers. Then to grocery store. Did a bit more of this and that. Temps 46 to 52. Rain a bit here and there.

I put away my Christmas card supplies too…most everything else will be out for awhile, until DH starts bringing down the totes and tins from the attic. the tins were popcorn tins.
