This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good evening…another lazy day…read, napped a little, etc…my idea earlier was to go out, maybe to Cracker Barrel (I have a gift card and wanted to check out the gift store)..and go to the grocery store on the way home..but DH came home from work late and is falling asleep…too late now, not much time before heading back to his dad’s. I think I’ll watch a Cary Grant movie on TCM at 7..there’s one at 9 also. Night, friends. 😘

Howdy-do Lovely Owl People 🦉🦉 Been a nice weather-week for us; 50-55 every day; heading to 65 later this afternoon; with a plunge to a high of 45 tomo; oh joy, NOT. Car battery died AGAIN; Chuck took it over to the place i bought it from less than 60 days ago and they’re going to charge it up. The mechanic thinks it might be the alternator that’s draining the battery. UPDATE: Battery store/NAPA, charged it to 98%, Chuck put it back in my car and if it doesn’t start tomo; NAPA-guy said they’d replace it; it has a 3-year warranty and i’ve had it for 3 months! It could be that i just don’t drive it enough; the last time i drove was Dec 31. I really do have to drive it around the block every couple days 🙄
DH does not drive our car very much either. He bought a new battery in the fall to be proactive.
I hope your car battery will keep the charge.
Good morning friends ♥ Temperatures will be falling the rest of the day. Arctic blast arriving with bitter cold temperatures and gusty winds for the next week. Brrrrr Visiting nurse substitute …. Sabrina….brought us a container of homemade chicken soup. It was delicious. Now how nice is that?..💜…bringing us homemade soup. Regular nurse is caring for her son who has the measles. I still can’t get over that our visiting nurse brought us her homemade chicken soup.
So very nice indeed.
Met with my friends for coffee and Bible. Then to the post office and then to pick up two lamps we ordered last fall that finally came in. Home to work on more tax organizers, refilled the squirrel feeders, did a load of laundry and folded two loads. watched the Chicago shows. Temps today 44 to 52. No rain.

I don’t have squirrel feeders but I throw out handfuls of peanuts sometimes. I took a break when the GHO was around!

Just a note, DH eye can barely open, those 8 shots (can only imagine) late still quite painful, he barely ate breakfast.. I just got home from wound care vand had to take 1/2 pain pill.. I must say my ankle does look a little better, but dressing it and he pressed on a sore, about went though the c,eiling’’’’ Dr told DH will take couple days.
We are to have 80 today, showing 82 , Sunny and windy… Going to rest!
Glad the ankle is looking better, but ouch!😫 Sure hope DH’s eye feels better soon! 🙏

Did two loads of laundry today, and folded 2 loads – still one load from another day to fold. Paid Bills . Used treadmill. Had church home group zoom meeting. DH working on backing up everything off my computer. So on my laptop now. DH had deep scaling on some of his teeth today at the periodontist. Temps 46 to 56. Rain here and there.
