This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good late morning…doing laundry, did litter boxes…we might go to the Thanksgiving community meal today. Then maybe walk the dogs later, not sure..also might do some more raking. It will be in the 50s and it’s sunny so pretty nice.

Nice weather you’re having. i think it’s deceiving my nephew. Keegan is planning to drive home for the holidays because the weather is so nice right now. I wonder he & his parents aren’t thinking about what it’ll be like end of December when he has to go back to Heartland in Normal, IL. They have an extra car, it’s not like he wouldn’t have transportation when he gets off the plane. 🙄
It’s funny to me that he’s going to college here 😀 I mean, why would someone want to come to IL? , lol
They offered him a pretty good scholarship to go there; they really wanted him to play on their soccer team

Went back to eye doctor and he removed the contact lens because my eye is all healed. 😊Now I need not to do this again! In about 2 weeks I go in for my regular annual eye exam. Stopped at Target on the way home to pick up milk, another plastic box for Operation Christmas Child, and a few more items to go inside. Home for lunch and to do a load of laundry and fold it. Apparently, according to a friend of mine, we have them year round as out winters are mild enough for Anna’s Hummingbirds. The other ones go south for the winter. I wasn’t going to put them up this late in the year, but she encouraged me to.

Woke up to rain light showers all night..and to be the same today, Today is cloudy, 60 degrees and 92% humidity…Slept all night..Donna coming to do my hair shortly.. Ihaven’t ventured out to see the rain gauge..as yet..Glad rain is light but steady..I love this weather…

Good morning friends ♥ Looks like a beautiful day here in PA. A mixture of clouds and sun with a high of 55. Visiting nurse came yesterday and said we are both doing good. She is going to the EAGLES game on Sunday. We told her we would look for her when we watch the game….ha ha….slim chance. Looking for 2026 calendars online…..some seem so expensive. $$ I remember when we would get them free at stores we went to often like the bank, pizza shop or even sent to us in mail with those we send donations. Hi Tea..glad you are both doing well! I get a couple free ones at my church, and sometimes the bank. Usually I get one to fit in my frame from a vendor at a mall who just sells calendars…I always want a county cat Lang calendar. If no one gives me one as a gift, I get one on sale. My sister and I both love the Lang calendars.
I need calendars that have a space to write in appointments. Dollar Tree has some nice ones….I may ask Alice if she goes there to pick a few up for us.

Hi Tea, great news on you both, I get a couple free calendars every year ..one is Boys Town, which I donate every year….Nice you got an owl calendar’s they are getting more expensive, I usually get a train calendar every year for DH ….
We always get so many free calendars from organizations we support that I end up giving them to Value Village or Goodwill. Would you like me to put one aside for you?
