Good morning, I woke up and looked at my phone and saw notification sis Deena posted on our sisters pm on FB. She had a pretty good night, the second one in hospital. They are doing many tests, she is on penicillin and lots of magnesium and things like that to help her. She feels better and was able to finally eat and hold down some solid food yesterday. Not sure she has pneumonia she has an infection in her stomach from being so immune compromised and they did lots of test like x-rays and a cat scan yesterday. Any… Read more »

Good Morning! Sunny and 63 going up to 86 with more bearable humidity today before it gets muggy again.
Good timing for lower humidity since this morning after breakfast Craig and I will be going to Creekside Nursery in Dallas NC. We’re excited about the Southern Living Garden Party event there today.

Not hot enough to do that but it has been hot enough to do that in Phoenix a few years back
Good Saturday Morning. Beryl. Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. A humid and cloudy start to the day with some light showers this morning high of 72F just right. Tomorrow we start to heat up,it will be 83F but an AMBER warning for my area on Monday for at least 3 days at 90F. Most of next week will be an official heat wave.😓. I just get a bit wheezy so I intend to stay indoors with high pollen counts.😘

Have you tried taking an over the counter allergy pill when the pollen is so high. I had to in S. Carolina this Spring I took one daily for awhile. They did help a lot.

I have special inhaler spray which helps with hay fever a different one from the COPD one.
Their main concern Jenn is the coming night temps of 68 to 59F with high humidity.
Pleased that Deena is on the mend.😘🙏
The nights are harder trying to sleep with the humidity, no fun at all.🥵
Those inhalers are great, my dad used them a lot,years ago.
Just a quick update and thank you for your kind thoughts re: Marion’s back surgery. It went well, she’s feeling pretty decent, and livid the doctors made her stay at least another day. PT will make sure she can climb steps before being released from captivity.
Another warm day, tomo will be 102, oh joy.

Not a lot of news here. I went for a walk yesterday morning and it was actually kind of cool but, that changed quickly.
I gave myself a pedi on the patio and polished my toes nails.
Rick moved the patio plants, cleaned them up and all the plant debri that had accumulated on the patio – makes it look messy but, now it looks nice and neat again.

I was just thinking the same thing to myself yesterday. I know she is depressed since Nathan moved but that’s what we are here for…….it would be nice if she would stop in once a week or so.
But she is on FB, maybe she is upset with us for some reason.
She is on FB and posts pics at other chats but she isn’t having conversations
