I shut the door of my home on dez 31 afternoon and key was still inside. I was outside. Stupid me. The first time that happened to me .
The administrator of this house lives not far away, i rang the bulgarian lady’s doorbell here in the house, told her what happened, she called administrator, he came with an emergency key and i was back inside and had my own key again. I was thankful for their help.
My DH wasnt there, and i didnt want to wait outside for hours.

Knife stabbing, killing people, people dead from fireworks,others have hands blown away, homes and other buildings burn because they shoot fireworks into the buildings from outside thru closed windows. policemen are shot at, cars burn, they stop emergency vehicles that they cant help and return to hospital, …. So glad you got back in! My goodness. I locked myself out the first day or two after buying house. I got so forgetful with my car keys, that I wear keys around my neck when getting in or out of car, House key on it.

They cooked, I ate! 😁. Most of the time I lived in a dormitory. I think I had an electric skillet and a hot plate (like a stand alone stove top burner – just one). I know later on after I came to live here I cooked some very simple Thai style things.

When i went to the lab-tec academy, i lived in a dorm, too. Was a nice time, it was close to the Allgäu Alps. Well, you could have cooked great one-pots there on your burner, lol. I remember our dorm kitchen, someone had jam in a NOT cooled cabinet, ants were coming. I dont think that we even had a cooking stove, i ate peas with a spoon out of a can – cold, lol.
I LOVE thai coconut soup / tom kha gai.😋😃.
When I was in undergraduate school I had a low cost meal ticket, you paid at the beginning of the semester and got 3 meals 5 days a week. On weeks I guess I ate very easy to fix things, like canned soup, and sometimes I went home. We didn’t have a kitchen in the dorm. I love just about anything Thai, including coconut soup. I loved foods containing lemon grass.
Oh yes, i like the lemon grass taste, too. I like thai and vietnamese food , too. I like ALL kinds of food, have to take care that i dont enjoy it too much.🥴.

You are doing so good with your weight. You looked absolutely like a very sweet gal with normal weight in the video with nancy. I dont know how much weight is gone, but it must be a lot. ( You had said, that in the beginning you were way too heavy ).
As for me, i love veggies. Good for the waistline. I know , you also like them.
For a very brief time I weighed 300 pounds, then I went to 280 and stayed there a good while. Then lost a lot, then got sick, gained back, now lost again, down to about 165. I’m not sure what I want to weigh, I never had a normal weight since I was 7. On this diet I concentrate on the most protein I can get for the least calories, and eat big helpings of low calories vegetables. I eat sweet potatoes but keep the amount small.
I googled your now-weight in kilograms. I would say (just my personal opinion ), that it slowly is good now. Dont you think? You still need a bit of reserves weightwise, too.Then comes the hard part : keeping it this way. Kudos debbie ! This required so much discipline! You have less weight than i do . Your diet sounds healthy, just make sure that your kidney function is good, because of all the protein. With the time you probably will eat a few more carbs again for energy. Thank you Gabi, I have worked very hard at this. I think I want to loose maybe 10-15 pounds more. Then I will have to figure out how to stabilize, not gain or loose. Yes that is very difficult. I’m not getting too much protein, the lab is normal. Lots of people who loose a lot of weight do not get enough protein, and loose muscle mass. I love cottage cheese, but yes-the calcium. Good for the bones , but too much isnt good either. I hope that your blood test will be fine again. The normal value here is up to 2,6 mmol/l.
You are about 1.7 inches taller than me. Your photo didn’t look like you weigh that much. I bet you have a lot of muscle which weighs the most for its size, and that is a good thing.
I think it is mostly fat. I dont exercise enough to be all muscle. I still think that exercise is important, but right now i am kinda lazy there myself.😳.

It is very difficult. He is a man who never really needed any friends . He always worked on – and still works on every problem in his own head ALONE. Never shared. There was never so much pain, but tingling and squeezed nerves. This is better, swallowing is better, too. Some tingling came back, but i have PT and it helps.
Good to hear there is improvement. I remember when you were having so much discomfort in your throat and swallowing. Glad PT is helping with that tingling.
