TEA, did your check up go okay? Thought about you
as I was sitting in the waiting room. Mine went fine.
Had to have blood drawn (of course) might be pre
diabetic which would not surprise me at all, diabetes
runs strong in the family. Guess it’s back to berries
and twigs (as I have cheated a lot lately with candy
bars).

BP a little high…always higher in doctors office for me.
