- Bridge lifts & horn salutes: listen for the three-long, two-short Ambassador Salute when ships greet the bridge.
- Ship IDs: look for hull color, self-unloader booms, and crane count to tell Lakers from salties.
- Wind & waves: easterlies kick up waves at the canal — dramatic entries & spray.
Took me a while to work out where this is but the long piece of land that has water on both sides is interesting to travel along on webcam, its narrow with houses all along and a narrow road to the bridge !
