Information about this live cam:
This live bird cam watches a bird feeding station located in an open grassy meadow, near the woods. During the daylight you will see a view of a platform bird feeder thats 7FT off the ground with sunflower seeds, cracked corn, peanuts, suet blocks and more on it. The bird Feeding platform is contructed from wood and a mesh metal screen. This allows for water drainage and helps keep the seeds fresh. At night the view switches to a ground feeder usually filled with corn.

This is a Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera. Sometimes you will see an up close view and other times you may experience a view from further out.
Is that bird bath heated?
The bird bath is heated and will turn on when temps reach at or below freezing. If you see steam it’s not because the water is hot.
This is a pan/tilt/zoom camera set-up that is live 24/7. Sometimes you will see a view from close up and other times it might be further out. At night the camera changes to black and white, which signals that night vision mode has been enabled. The camera emits lights on a spectrum that humans and animals can’t see, but the camera can pick up and give us a view even in complete darkness.
