Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Well I’m soaking wet out in the rain. I can hear her meowing she’s in between the sheds where she hangs out and she won’t come out so she’s just going to have to stay there and I don’t know where Roger is dang cats
They will be ok but I understand the worry.

was in the kitchen cooking, its simmering on the stove, I also made polenta to go with it. I didn’t want rice or a potato so I made polenta which I love😋
That is a pasta maybe?
Its made from corn you cook it, its like grits sort of but that texture

Hello….haven’t read all the posts yet but read Debbie’s reply to me…the reason we’ve had so many more cats than dogs is because dogs don’t just show up at our house and aren’t running around everywhere..mostly at our house but one was at DH ‘s work, the parking lot..a couple at his rentals…anyway, we went out for an ice cream and to FIL’s and i’m tired..I’ll catch up with the chat after I lie down.
