Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. A late good morning from me to you. I woke up early this morning, but went back to sleep. I’ve read all of your morning postings!!!! Now I’ll send coffee clinks to all with big 🤗. I’m glad you give each other incentives to go for check ups. I canceled two doc appts. It’s never ending… sometimes I need a break. Only thing is that it takes months to reschedule. Not good. One thing I will not miss is my infusion. I know what Karen means by being tired all the time.

Not only is there no mail today which always disappoints me even if we just get junk mail I always look forward to getting the mail. Rick will not have a newspaper today because our local newspaper has decided not to print the newspaper on holidays and today’s a holiday and I betcha they don’t deduct it from our $1,250 a year payment.

Good to go shopping. Are you going to Jennifer Street, Aldi’s? Anywhere else? I will be gone most of the day tomorrow. Jo is using the eye drops as he told her to, and is putting frozen peas on her eye. It still has a little swelling around it, but the cold won’t have anything to do with her seeing.
