Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. OMG!!!!! I just saw a Bald Eagle fly by. up at the top of the street where the park is😍 we do have nesting eagles here but I have never seen one from my bedroom window. The sun was shining on it and it was the most pretty brown and the white on the head and tail just glowed. I will have to keep a look out for this beauty, also listen for calls😘

Good morning Bella Buds. It is a beautiful day today. Cool, but it is in the latter half of October. I did get one pair of shoes, was so tired yesterday I started the day tired. I have to pick her up and carry her in with her growling and bitting me because she doesn’t want to go in🙄Sorry you didn’t get your Thai food. Jo leaves the drawer open all the time between our two chairs and lays her magnifying glass there so she can quickly grab it, she can’t read now without it. Apparently I had knocked the Roku remote in there and later shut the drawer. Jo’s magnifying glass was with her in the bedroom or the drawer would not shut. Seems I looked for that remote 30 minutes.
