Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I’m back. Got the business done, went to Dollar Tree, Walmart and to get the blue plate special at Betty’s. I got meatloaf, fried apples, broccoli casserole. Jo got tenderloin, mashed taters, corn.

Fried apples are peeled sliced, sauteed in butter, cinnamon/sugar, like a pie; it’s one of the sides offered at Cracker Barrel 😋
Right on Pam. Yep, like pie with no crust. So i gotta eat what i got over about 3 days!

Happy Friday BellaFam Charles has left the building; meaning Chuck is spending the weekend in Colo Spgs 😎 Everyone is very glad he’s going; he really had to step away from here; he seemed to think if he went to Wal-mart every day, the pain of losing his big brother and best friend would ease; it did not. 😔 The family pumpkin-carving is scheduled for tonight and tomo are the coffin-races in Manitou Spgs. So happy for Chuck it will be good for his mental health😘 hope you will be OK w/o him there with you💖😘 I watched my brother Gery go through the same thing, they used to talk on the phone for hours, and Micheal would come down to visit and go to a Brewer game together and would probably be going to a Series game together, I was never invited. It was a brother thing😏

Hi Pam, I’m very sorry for Chuck. I guess I didn’t know just how close they were, but I should have. I hope getting away for a bit will give him a little diversion from deep seated feelings. Is he going to whatever that is in Manitou Springs? I hope the trip provides some fun and release. So now you can dance naked anywhere in the house you want. I hope you have informed Chuck, that for his mental health, he should always let you know if he is returning home earlier than expected! 😁
