Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. We only had 7…guess we’ll have to “step up our game” lol…you have to have lots of decorations, music, costumes, big candy bars, light up wands for the kids…we’re kind of boring here and the two houses across the street are dark! My block is different than it used to be. Guess you know what I’ll be eating and don’t need 😀
I have Dracula on but not really watching, on TCM…my sister and I used to watch, Dracula/Frank Langella, is sooo good looking

Hi Lisa. It’s the only excuse I can come up with to buy candy without feeling guilty. You never know when a litle trick or treater will come by. 😂
