Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The chicks will continue to grow in the nest for about three to four weeks before fledging. More information about the cams, set-up or to make a donation please visit alyssasnaturesanctuary.org.

Good night Lisa😘
Sleep good, Lisa. 🤗
I knew the Colorado voting ballot was going to be a little tough this year, but I had no idea! I spent half the day on it. And I’m still wondering if I need to go back and look at a couple again! They are all so complicated this year. Pam, you were right to warn me. 🤯 🫣
I keep a running list for about 7-10 days before on what i want for amendments and propositions; lots of yeses/noes get crossed out many times. 🙄
I was thinking about them, but not hard enough, evidently. I really struggled this time, especially with wildlife and taxes. 😰😱
Feeding the bite machine now.
Hi sweet Casey!! 😘
My buddy Casey the pickle💚😘🎶🔔🎵
He is quite adorable, and I bet a little stinker when he feels the need. 💘
He loves to yell and rattle Debbie’s cage😂
That is so funny! I would love to hear that. On both sides!! 😊
Stinker.
Jo gets him going and he yells, I love hearing him😍
I would really love to hear that!!! Maybe she could record it on your phone, if Jo doesn’t mind. She might be audience shy.
It is his biggest skill.
🤣. I think he is cute!
😂 Casey’s not ugly either
