Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello I just got home, had a nice visit with Judy’s cousin, her little rescue kitty is a very sweet boy, beautiful gray tiger with socks on his feet and a orange nose. We went and got bird seed after visiting with cousin Barb-I got 2 bags of bird seed and a box of suit cakes. We stopped and had lunch I had a Rueben and fries Judy a burger and fries I’m stuffed, filled all the feeders and I’m beat

He really is sweet, He liked me probably smelled Jade😃 wouldn’t leave me alone-did the puffy cat dance at me😂 he’s a young cat about a year old. He’s perfect for Barb she’s in a wheel chair and he’s up on her lap all the time and sleeps with her😍
I’m so glad she has him. She needs a love bug. So does kitty. Win win.

It was thin but not crispy, lots of meat not enough kraut to much of the dressing the fries were hot and crispy😋

She had to jump through hoops to be able to have a pet, with her being in a wheel chair-had to prove it would be taken care of she’s in assisted living. So many rules….

Good afternoon. I have read chat so I know that. Debbie was celebrating Christmas today, and Julie is spending the day with Judy and Lynn. I’m not quite sure what she’s doing but I know she has plans with her sister and her mother maybe. I colored my hair this morning and applied my nails. Then I gave Nikki a bath. Hi Ardyth that’s wise to check with the vet on any flea meds if Nikki has them the cats do too, will have to treat all of them. I’m ready for a nap or at least laying down….
I dont think the cats have them because they are not scratching themselves.
If one animal has them they all would, Cats probably brought them in from out side. Nikki just might be a better host for the little blood suckers. I went through a bad flea infestation once-little suckers even bit me.Problem was resolved with a vet because of scratching all the cats had to be treated, I had 4 at the time that’s why I said that had been through it before. Good morning, sounds like a busy day for some of us. DH is out of town getting a part for the sewer problem at FIL’s…later, like mid to late afternoon, DS will maybe stop by unless he gets in later..might go to a Christmas concert with my mom and sister? not sure..and a meal tonight with DS, siblings, mom…and after the meal unless we go before, a visit with FIL…he had a bad night, DH said. well, time to take a bath/wash hair, do litter boxes, etc.

thanks Karen…nothing really going on until after 3 or so…going to do litter boxes now, have some tea, maybe a short nap, didn’t sleep well..my sister said she couldn’t sleep at all, fell asleep around 6a.m.

she has sleeping problems often, just an issue she has. She doesn’t have the worry and stress of my FIL, she just visits once in awhile, shows him pictures.
