Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello…so dark out already, was a gloomy day….I was lazy…did work with the dogs on commands for a little while. So people are cancelling for Thanksgiving……where do you usually go?
a house in another town where we have all of our get togethers…I like to eat there and then go for a walk down a nice path..also might do a bit of raking before and /or after we eat..we could always just go by ourselves 😀

thanks Pam, that’s what we and my sister, her DH, and our mom plan on doing..don’t know if the other couple will or not but will most likely be nicer if they don’t…hate to say that but……well maybe I don’t hate to say that 😂

I can’t believe I got home without being in rain! My RA visit went well, she will help to do all she can to keep me on the Orencia. She ordered a new test that had not been done because it is very expensive. I don’t know what exactly it is for, she told me but I’m not sure now.

Hi Gabi Habiha. 😁. I had a test earlier called PrismRA. It was the test that told them Enbrel and Humira wouldn’t help me , why I was put on Orencia. Maybe you have done this test.
No, we didnt do this special test in our hospital – lab.

Thanks Gabi, I think it is a very new test, they may do it now. They are using DNA more and more in deciding on what medicines to use and ones that don’t work. It wasn’t very long ago that I probably would not have been diagnosed with RA at all. The main test that was a firm test to diagnose me is the 14.3.3 ETA rheumatoid test developed by Labcorp in 2014. I was extremely high on that test.
Yes, the 14.3.3 eta is a protein and a biomarker – bloodtest for RA.
Sorry that you have to deal with this stuff. You are right, medicine is going ahead in big steps. Its good, and maybe sometimes not so good. Wondering what they might be doing with genetically manipulating some bacteria /virus or cloning things, hopefully not people. We dont know…..
