Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Its like the size of a suitcase is on rollers and has the pull out handle like a suitcase. Its not that big but can run every thing.

My Dollar tree hasn’t had any lickums for awhile now.
Thats a boo, I wonder why? mine has, I hope mine doesn’t run out😫 Jade will be mad, but I can get lickums at Walgreens or the vet clinic they are all next to each other😘
I can buy them at Walmart but they are a $1 more for four of them…$1.50 for four at dollar tree.

It looks like mint its a member of that family. It comes up year after year it seeds itself. Its a pretty plat you can make herbal tea out of it, settles upset stomach

I planted one plat years ago, How was the farm store? if they sell plats or other places that sell garden plants they would have catnip just call and ask
The farm store wasn’t officially open and didn’t have produce yet. They did have some things for sale, but Facebook made me think they had produce now. She said they would in about a week.

Yep. They get stuff out of Florida and Georgia this time of the year. The strawberries they grown. Then later on most everything will be theirs except some of the fruit. I don’t think they grow any tree fruit.

It will be a long time till I can put my feet in the snow, snow is soft Ice cubes are hard, but you would get the same feeling😘

Checking in I’m outside, with my computer,needed to bring it outside because Jade has her eyes on a chipmunk, maybe that’s who is digging at my bulbs in the back yard. I’m sleeveless and shoeless😂 feels good😘
