Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. P.S., I had a little accident and slipped on the floor and my head/face fell into the corner of the wall, which relocated my glasses, then I slid on down, landing with a thud on my knees. OH NO KAREN! I’m so sorry, but thankful for no really serious injury, bones broken. Your face and knees must throb and you are wise to use the ice. Just be aware of your body. My brother in law fell and thought he was doing ok and a week later found out he broke some bone, I forgot which one.

Sweet heart no, you poor thing, I have had falling accidents before too, once doing a face plant on the hard tiles and the floor in the kitchen broke my cheek bone-you are doing good iceing it that helps a lot, if it continues to swell go to the ER to get checked out elevate your knees if you can, lay on the couch or your bed with a pillow underneeth the knees and if you get up do it very slowly, you head face had a blow to it so treat like a concussion. Thank you, Julie. I wish you were here too. 😘 My cheekbone actually has a sore on it, I must have hit it pretty hard and then the swelling and the ice on top of it may have caused a puncture. I hope no bone problem.

Yum. I bet it is really moist with that lemon pie filling.
The filling is on the bottom then half of the cake mix then the cream cheese I added a egg to the cream cheese so I could spread it evenly it was a tip from the video and then you put the other half of the mix on top and put butter on it
Wow 4 layers. It will be delicious. If you think of it take a photo of a piece so we can see the layers. Yum yum.
There it is the top turned out good no powdery cake mix it all baked in, you can tell its a little pink😘 I got a small tin pan at the Dollar store because it has a lid that fits on top
That was smart. Easier to transport and you can throw it away if you want.
I sent Debbie a picture of the cake, I want to try it but I won’t, you can really smell the strawberry😋
