In this video you will see the male bring in a huge crayfish for his mate. She took it in her beak and didn’t waste any time trying to eat it. She spun it around head first towards the hatch. Then, after some wiggles and chomps down it went. Several other interesting critters have been delivered to this nest recently such as earthworms, salamanders and even snakes!
