Good morning 💚 Palm Sunday today and Easter next Sunday. Holy week is upon us.
The oven fried chicken was very good last night. However, it is a little too much work for me to make it again.
Cosmic apples are so good…..our favorite. Even though I peel and slice our apples, I have them soaking in a vinegar/water bath to remove chemicals.
PGA golf and perogies with fried onions for dinner. 😋

I like Cosmic Crisp apples too. DH likes Honey Crisp. No apples for him right now though.

This morning we went to a memorial service for one of the elders in our church. He was 85 and an amazing man. One funny thing – they spelled his last name wrong on his birth certificate and it never got changed (Hagenbaugh instead of Hagenbach). So he always had a slightly different last name than the rest of his biological family. His mom died when he was 2 and his dad when he was 15, when he moved in with his grandparents. My weather is just nuts & from your posts below, apparently everyone’s weather is nuts The highs were 93 on Thurs, 45 on Fri and back up to 85 today, 90-95 tomo 😏 Up early, laundry done; good grief, i had to work hard not to take a nap before lunch; that’s just so wrong 😟 Chuck made chicken tenders double coated in Chicken Bam Bam; it’s a spicy coating he found at Krogers; it’s so good 😋

Here we are a partly cloudy day at 95,, coming week to be cooler… We had delicious dinner at Chilies last night for our friends birthday, she chose the restaurant, I had Salmon with 2 sides and DH had ribeye .. we are having left overs tonight,, Going to be a A quiet day, DH is out cutting up branches in back yard. Gwen, good news re: your largest wound is looking better, finally 🙏 Hope DHs cataract surgery goes well; Chuck hated the window of time between surgeries of being able to see out of just 1 eye; and your DHs has been a lot longer than just 2 weeks, 🙏
