This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good afternoon, it is cloudy. windy, and 71 degrees,,71/56 I had a sleepless night, finally fell asleep at 6 am…I hate that as it really messes me up…needless to say I missed church. Good almost afternoon…church today, I always try to make it when the really good worship band is there, once a month…also love that we are getting out a lot earlier…love our pastor but he’s on sabbatical and the woman pastor from our sister church is filling in for a few months…she doesn’t talk or pray very long 😀 later DH and I went to McD’s for BOGO breakfast sandwiches…sitting on my porch now, the breeze feels nice on this warm day, high of 85.
and Pam…the guy, my third? cousin, has the only asparagus in the county!! the grocery stores have none…around here it all froze when there was a freeze..he got it in Michigan.
Oh my! You don’t get asparagus shipped up from Mexico? We have that in our stores at least.
this is what I was told …maybe stores around here like to have the local produce mostly, don’t know
I buy Marketside brand fresh Asparagus spears at Walmart. every week the last month…delicious. A 10 oz package.
We have asparagus here, and Chris is right shipped from Mexico…I bought some Friday…now we get onion scallions in a pkg and there are more then I ever use,, I think I counted 14 in the pkg. and they charge more..
I like to only or mostly buy the fresh farm stuff …at the farm stand, farmer’s market, etc..there is one grocery store that has some local produce

I take down my kitchen curtains once a month as that is Becca.s first place to go… lol the edges get cat hair on them.. She seems not to be shedding much anymore… I try to comb her every couple days which is a chore as she doesn’t like it…lol

Slept in a bit today. Got a short call from my friend, but no hospital emergencies or long phone calls required. 😊 Everything calm for now. Worked on two tax returns and sent out final questions. Ordered a birthday gift for a niece. Sent out questions on a bookkeeping client. DH fully installed the new printer. It doesn’t wrinkle pages. Anyone want my old printer? Hello…sitting on my porch, so nice out…we had dog class at a park today…then got asparagus at the farm stand and then flowers for the light post out in front. My mom stopped by to watch the rest of AI, she had watched some yesterday too and trimmed my hair..so I paid her today in asparagus, lol…going to eat some now..

Howdy-do Lovely Owl People What a lovely party 💓 Cody/Laura rented an AirBnB in Palmer Lake, made more work for them to haul all the decorations/food, but meant their house was a wonderful oasis after the party. Laura is so creative, she spent hours/weeks crafting two 3ft by 4ft collages of Dominic from his birth to now. If he ever had any doubts, he sure knows his family loves him; everyone was there.
