This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.

Good trip to/from Pueblo; little traffic and we made excellent time. And i did get some Black Raspberry ice cream 😋 All that stress over gasoline, come to find out, it was the same price here as at Sam’s and the grade was higher/87, here than what was offered at Sam’s. 😠 Cold out, it did get as high as 65, but it took all day to get there. 😟
That blackberry ice cream sounds wonderful, will have to look for some, ne’er see it here….

Good morning. 💜 Feels like a mid summer day in early morning. Our high temperature will be 98° Hot!!!! Record breaking heat. DD is doing our laundry and wants to clean up all the porch before lunchtime. I tell her it is too hot, but she still wants to do it. I will fold the laundry and put my delicates on the bathroom dry rack when laundry is brought upstairs. I always do what I can to help. DH is going to grill now, before it gets too hot. Filled squirrel/bird feeder, did a load of laundry, made doctor appointment, went to 2nd PT appt (they gave me some more exercises), took DH’s leather jacket to dry cleaners, stopped at Costco to buy some things and get my hearing aids cleaned, went grocery shopping and to the dollar store. Came home and worked on a couple tax returns and sent out questions. DH watched Buffalo hockey team game with DBIL (they lost 😞) and had dinner with them. I was sorry to see the Sabres lose, they played their hearts out. It was the kind of series where it’s sad for whoever loses.
Good morning Lovely Owl People 🦉🦉 Cool/cloudy morning; supposed to be 72 later 🤔 Have to make a stop at the post office, then get enough gas to get to Pueblo tomo when i can fill up at Sam’s; their gas is a lot less $$$ than anywhere else. Good morning 💛 Sunny with a high temperature of 94°. A hot one today. DD is a big help to us. 💕 All the valances are washed, hung and look so much better. Today we will work on rotating the mattress and putting bed back together again. DD went to Dollar Tree after dinner last night. She took my list of favorite items and found most on my list. Wow you had a hot day. Not ready for that kind of temp…. Glad your DD was able to go to the dollar store I want to go there tomorrow for 10 in Dixie paper plates. Saw them when I got some cards last week… A lady in line had them as I never looked there for any..I always got them at Costco… I am out and won’t be going there any time soon.. glad your valances all clean….
Church this morning. Watched youtube podcast and worked on another tax return and sent out questions. Was going to do some laundry but…. My friend was discharged to home today but didn’t actually leave the hospital until after 6 pm. I’ll check in tomorrow to see how she is doing. DBIL & DSIL invited us over for dinner – cheeseburgers and potato salad. Then we played Five Crowns. DBIL’s shingles rash is going down, but still hurts. Very quiet around here today; Chuck and i still recovering 😴
About 10 degrees cooler today and tomo will be another 15-20 degrees cooler than today; resulting in a drop of 25-30 degrees in 2 days 🙄
There are times when i really do hate sharing a kitchen; just about the time i was going to pop a frozen pizza in the oven, Chuck decided he needed brownies. The brownies won 😋
While pizza is better, brownies are not bad if he at least gave you some. 😂😁
