Good afternoon. Did my usual chores this moring, we have a nice partly clouding 80 degrees weather.. said-was to be 72/58 today with 14 mph winds.. staying inside. Want to replant some plants on the patio as I had bought some potting soil the other day.. Cleaned out the litter box for Becca, now she is begging for her moist canned cat food.. very picky only likes Salmon pate… if we feed her when she begs then she does it earlier and earlier, …. DD is on her way…..a 3 hour trip to our house. A beautiful ride with mountain views.

I tried to get on here today, was not showing any chats, I wrote one but it would not post. Same for BigBear eagle, owls in Oceanside…Nowat 4 am it is working… had 84/63 temps.. Went to Wound care,, it looked better again..stoppedatvthepostofficetomaila package, grocery store, then came home , I was tired..didn’t do much of anything else..DH & I watched Sheriffs, Fire Country, and Boston and
Dutton Ranch on Paramount…. I went to bed at 10:30pm fell asleep and woke up at 2:30,,, and found this was working.. Goodnight friends with Love, hugs and prayers’’’

Early morning PT appointment this morning. The PT was able to identify two muscles that were tight or painful. She showed me on a photo of back muscles and that made me feel much better because I had an idea what is going on. She thinks the stress of tax season and long hours just resulted in this once the high stress was over, and the muscles don’t know to relax. I don’t know. Wanted to check in before starting to get ready for the trip to Colo Springs and the graduation party. I know it’s only for 24-30 hours, but it’s going to seem like a LOT longer; probably because 4 of them will be driving in a lot more traffic than I’m used to and the rest will be NOT sleeping 😄 Having said that, I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone in person.
