This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.

Hello…DH is working from home this morning, we might get “round 2”..saw the pictures from the nearby town where we used to live, so sad…so many trees down…first storm in 20 or so minutes.

I did see your weather for today….not very good with storms approaching.
Well, toilet got fixed by the end of the day, but not a whole lot done on our end today except took some stuff to the dump and moved some boxes to a better place in DB’s apartment. By then the plumber and handy man arrived and that took all afternoon. So didn’t deal with much dust today and feel better that way. Chuck left around 11.30 for his meeting/class with Rick’s PT. They’ll both be home tomo. 🤗 As soon as he drove away, started my pantry clear-out; so many expired items 🙄 And now I can’t lift the trash bag, naturally 😏 Dang, shoulda checked the date on the rice i had for lunch; definitely old — UGH. TEA! Oh dear!!! Glad you could clear out the pantry, but maybe divide the trash into smaller bags and take out that way. Rick will be so glad to come home!!
Will be very nice for Rick to be home..prayer for continuing heal for him. I always check for expired dates..every couple months, oh what fun…

I was trimming my lilac bush in the back yard behind the owl bench. I tripped over a limb. The ground is very hard. I thought I was being very careful, but I fell. I landed on the front of my body. They did a CT scan of my head. X Ray of my left shoulder and left knee. They all turned out ok. The x-ray of my right hand didn’t turn out so good. I have two fractures in my wrist. So right now, I have a splint up to my elbow. I’ll be going to the orthopedic doctor hopefully this week. I can’t do anything with my right hand. Not sure if surgery is necessary. I’m not gonna lie. This is painful!!!! I’ve never had a broken bone before. Now I have two. Lots a tears. And frustration, because I am right handed. I am using my stylus and my left… Read more »

It was REALLY heavy rain and very windy!! for awhile…two big trees down in our neighborhood 😥
and couple power lines..checking online often to see reports and pictures of more damage
